and mother of two.

Every evening, I am so proud that my two koalas fall asleep like champions. After that, it’s time for Papa Nico and me to enjoy a few glasses of wine and some delicious Swiss cheese.

I know exactly what it’s like to face the challenges of parenthood. I have been in the situation myself, feeding my baby for the fourth time at night and desperately searching for solutions on the internet.

Dear Mama, dear Papa, I empathize with you and want to tell you that there is hope.

For me, sleep is the ultimate self-care. I have experienced firsthand how torturous sleep deprivation can be and that no one can be their best self without good sleep.

My eldest koala, Olivia, led me to this path, and now, as a certified sleep consultant, I am thrilled to embark on this exciting journey with you!

It’s pretty crazy, right? We pour so much time and energy into courses – from prenatal yoga to birth preparation to breastfeeding consultations – even before our little koalas are born or just after they arrive. But hey, why don’t we dedicate ourselves to courses that prepare us for sleep? Sleep is incredibly important - not only for the development of babies but also for us parents.

You invest so much in the best mattress, seek advice from osteopaths and doctors. You change the evening routine, monitor your koala's daytime sleep, and ask all the questions, but still, it feels like you're getting lost in the jungle of baby sleep and you're just exhausted.

The world of baby sleep can be overwhelming, confusing, and sometimes lonely. That's where I come in! My goal is to help your family, especially your little koala, find the sleep you need, not just to survive but to fully enjoy your family happiness.

Enough with the endless pushing of strollers, the constant bouncing on the exercise ball, the hoping for a successful transfer, and the hours of bedtime routines!

Since I began my journey as a sleep consultant for the little ones, I found my inspiration in the koala – known for its relaxed naps and calm disposition. Especially Olivia, my own little koala and the reason I embarked on this new path, is the source of my motivation. Just as these special marsupials play an important role in my family, they have become the heart of my brand. Like the koalas, who sleep easily and often, I will guide you on the path to restful nights for your little ones. Fresh and ready to conquer each new day.
