That's me...!

GERMAN-BOLIVIAN, DOUBLE KOALA MAMA!

Yes, that's me. Born in Germany, raised in beautiful Bolivia.

Mom of two little koalas, Olivia and Nico. Initially, my eldest slept well, but after the fourth month sleep regression, every night became a nightmare – hourly waking, zero sleep. It not only affected my relationship but also left me mentally and physically exhausted. After 18 months of endless patience, long nights, and returning to work, I decided to seek for help.

With my second koala, I prioritized healthy sleep habits from the start. At just 6 months old, he was already sleeping through the night. Establishing these healthy habits was an absolute game-changer for us.

This regained quality of life impressed me, and I couldn't stop thinking about baby sleep. Shortly after, I got certified as a pediatric sleep consultant and now want to pass on my knowledge, combined with my personal experience, to you!

I know the impact sleep deprivation can have on marriage, relationships, work, performance, and parenting. But here's the thing: you don't have to be an exhausted parent, and your little koala wants nothing more than to sleep well.

Together, we can tackle those pesky habits. WHY

it matters to me!

I believe parents these days have to juggle a lot and put themselves under constant pressure:

Keep an eye on your career, but don't miss out on your children's childhood. Take care of your aging parents. Make sure your kids participate in extracurricular activities, but not too many to overwhelm them. Keep the house up to date, cook meals from scratch, make sure the laundry doesn't pile up. Nurture your relationship with your partner. You need a support system, but you have to build it yourself because it doesn't fall from the sky, so spend time socializing and don't forget to respond to all WhatsApp messages promptly. Ah! And make sure you look good and feel good about yourself. And don't even think about complaining about parenthood, because it was you who chose to become a mother/father!

Wow, that's pretty exhausting, and imagine if you're also in total sleep deprivation mode?!

That's my motivation, that's why I'm doing this, that's why I'm sitting here today, during my parental leave, with my two little koalas at home, starting this passion project - because it really doesn't have to be so hard, and you're not alone!
